About Me

 

Greetings, my name is Ty Costner. I am from Denver, Colorado, and am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Software Technology at the University of Arizona Global Campus. I work for a pharmaceutical distribution company and spend most of my days communicating with vendors and other employees via email. I am still fairly new to the Information Technology field. I do have experience working with multiple applications, like word, outlook, excel, and PowerPoint. I know the basic configurations in the applications I just referenced, because I have to use them quite a bit while at work. Outside of working with these applications, I really do not have a ton of experience working in the information technology field. I love the work and the company that I am currently at right now. The job opportunities that this company offers, especially in the tech field are vast and exciting. Saying that, I am hoping to enhance my knowledge in the tech field from this course of study, as well as continuing to move up the company ladder and eventually work in a WSO (Warehouse Systems Operations) specialist position. Specialist positions like these know the in's and outs of the hardware and software functions in warehouse operations, and help keep the company safe by implementing and designing several programs, protecting sensitive information.
